Meet The Team
Manuel Estrada
My name is Manuel Estrada-Felix III, the CEO of Restored Grit. I’m on a mission to become the best version of myself. I truly believe in growing across all areas of life—becoming like a sponge, soaking up knowledge to be 1% better every day.
I’m passionate about fostering and nurturing a community of hardworking people—those who get knocked down but rise again, stronger than before. What fuels my drive to overcome adversity, build this brand, and push myself daily comes from my roots: my community, my loved ones, and the challenges I’ve faced throughout my life.
Growing up, I endured constant surgeries, health struggles, and a near-death experience at just 3 years old when I was diagnosed with stage 3 Ewing’s Sarcoma (bone cancer) in my right femur. After that, I stopped taking life for granted. I’ve danced with death—and now, all I want is to inspire, motivate, and lead those ready to live fully.
I’m goal-driven, outgoing, and love connecting with new people. My mission is to help others grow—not just in the gym, but mentally and emotionally. Welcome to Restored Grit, where we believe in moving mountains together. Take control. Earn the life you want to live!
Manuel (Manny) Murillo

My name is Manuel Murillo, but most people just call me Manny, and I’m the Head of Marketing at Restored Grit.
I’ve always enjoyed meeting new people—even if I come off a little quiet at first. Growing up, I tended to keep to myself and was hesitant to try new things. But everything started to change when I joined little league baseball. That experience helped me break out of my shell and taught me the value of stepping outside my comfort zone.
I’m driven by the idea of leaving behind a legacy—something I can look back on and be proud of. Like many people, I’ve had countless late-night talks with friends about starting a podcast, creating content, or launching something meaningful. Eventually, Manuel and I decided we were done just talking about it—we wanted to actually build something. That’s how Restored Grit came to life, along with our amazing partners.
Life’s too short to wake up with regrets. If you have a vision or a passion, take the leap. Create something you can be proud of.
Edgar Gomez

I’ve always had a curious mind—I love asking questions, learning, and pushing boundaries. My background in psychology has helped me understand both myself and others more deeply. With Restored Grit, my goal is to help people overcome the mental blocks that often hold them back. We’re often our own biggest obstacle, telling ourselves we aren’t good enough—when in truth, many people share those same doubts. The difference is, some just had someone believe in them.
Restored Grit was created to build a community for anyone—whether strong-minded or struggling—who needs support. Physical fitness has always been seen as essential, but only recently has mental health begun receiving the same attention. I want Restored Grit to remind people that we can stay resilient, no matter what life throws at us.
Fitness has introduced me to people who’ve inspired me to grow and push harder. I’m motivated by their stories, and by the kindness people show even through their own pain.
I’d describe myself as kind, thoughtful, and strong-willed. I care deeply about others and try to leave people better than I found them. I train my body through lifting, my mind through psychology, and my soul through philosophy.
Adrian Galindo

Hi, my name is Adrian Galindo. I enjoy fishing for the peace of mind it brings, and I’m drawn to the stock market for the challenges it presents.
What keeps me motivated in life is the thought of the day I die and stand before God. He calls out, “Adrian Galindo, who in life did this and that.” I'm standing there, thinking it’s me, but He says, “No, it’s not—but what you could have become if you never gave up.”
That moment fuels me every day to become a better person. I want to grow not just for myself, but for my family and for everyone who believes in me. Because when I give up, I’m not only letting myself down—I’m letting them down too.
This is why I decided to join the brand. The meaning behind Restored Grit is about becoming the best version of yourself. It’s about getting back up, pushing forward, and continuing the journey—so one day, you can truly restore your grit.
